Hi, my name is ARAKI Yasuhiro. ARAKI is family name and Yasuhiro is given name. I was born in Tokyo, Japan. But my parents are come from AMAKUSA, Kumamoto, Sothern Island of Japan. Now I live in Tokyo, Japan.

I majored in Departments of Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Information Engineering, Tohoku University. (1993/4 - 1997/3), Research Institute of Electrical Communication Tohoku University (1996/2 - 1997/3) and in Nara Institute of Science and Technology, Graduate School of Information Science(1997/4 - 1999/3).

At student, I am a member of Tohoku University Amature Radio Club(JA7YAA). It enticed me to communication/networking Research and Development.

I'm wokring at hp labs, Tokyo Japan as a researcher since May 2001[araki@hp.com]. Work history: IIJ(1999/03 - 2000/05), netvillage(2000/06 - 2001/05)

I am a member of Debian Project(developer), Debian JP Project(leader) and Japan Linux Association(trustee).
